Eph 6:11-12 11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
21 DAYS PRAYER AND FASTING FOR NIGERIA PRAYER POINTS FOR SUNDAY 18TH FEBRUARY 2018 1. Pray for enduring peace and security in all states of Nigeria, declaring that all over this nation, the instruments of violence and wickedness are dismantled. Pray against robbery, kidnapping, bloodshed, insurgency and all forms of violence, declaring that these evils have become a thing of the past in this nation. We declare that criminals lose the boldness to do evil, we break the influence of the wicked spirits that have controlled them, and we declare that all they trusted in has failed them. Ephesians 6:12 - For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the despotisms, against the powers, against [the master spirits who are] the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere. Luke.11:21-22 – When a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace: But when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he taketh from him all his armour wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils. 2. Pray for the security of our national borders against influx of criminal elements from neighbouring countries. Declare that all access points into Nigerian territory are being guarded by angels against insurgents and smugglers. We declare also that all border patrol personnel who have been compromised are being exposed and disciplined as a deterrent to all others. PSALMS 147:14 – He maketh peace in thy borders, and filleth thee with the finest of the wheat. PSALMS 125:2 – As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the LORD is round about his people from henceforth even forever. 3. Pray against drug addiction among our youths all around Nigeria. We rebuke this evil and declare that the hearts of our young people are turned away from evil and all influences of darkness. Pray that salvation be wrought among the youths of our nation in greater numbers, and that all efforts to bring the gospel to them would yield tremendous results. Eccl. 11:10 Therefore remove [the lusts that end in] sorrow and vexation from your heart and mind and put away evil from your body, for youth and the dawn of life are vanity [transitory, idle, empty, and devoid of truth]. Eccl.12:1 REMEMBER [earnestly] also your Creator [that you are not your own, but His property now] in the days of your youth, before the evil days come or the years draw near when you will say [of physical pleasures], I have no enjoyment in them—(AMP) 4. Pray for God’s open and manifest blessings in the lives of all in positions of authority in this nation, who deliberately favour the church and ease the spread of the gospel in their areas of jurisdiction. Declare that the hand of the Lord will continually guide and preserve them, and His wisdom would fill their hearts that they may prosper and excel, and be established in office and positioned for greater opportunities in future. ISAIAH 45:1 – Thus saith the LORD to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut; I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron: 5. Pray specifically concerning the political parties in this nation, and the role they ought to play in steering the course of leadership. We come against corruption and compromise in the running of our political parties, and we declare that men of integrity and purpose are arising in influence in these parties to give them ideology and cause them to be driven by true patriotism and national interest, rather than mundane selfish aims. PSALMS 78:70-72 – He chose David also his servant, and took him from the sheepfolds: From following the ewes great with young, he brought him to feed Jacob his people, and Israel his inheritance. So he fed them according to the integrity of his heart; and guided them by the skilfulness of his hands. 6. We pray for Christians in positions of leadership and influence in government, in politics, in the civil service and in the private sector, that they will apply their hearts to wisdom, and respond to the guidance of the Spirit concerning His plans for the future of our nation, rightly positioning themselves to take full advantage of the doors of opportunity that the Lord is opening for His children at this historic time of change in our nation. PSALMS 90:12 – So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom. REVELATION 3:8 – behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: #21daysofprayerandfasting #NCVZ1
RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL HE BRINGS YOU INTO YOUR INHERITANCE Sunday, February 18th . Pastor Chris Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4). In Exodus 23:23, God promised to give the children of Israel the lands belonging to the Amorites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Canaanites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites. The inhabitants of these lands were giants, armed and trained in war. They obviously were physically stronger and more intimidating than the Israelites. Their cities were fortified. How will Israel take possession of the lands and make God’s promise a reality? It was going to be by the Holy Ghost. God had said to them, “For mine Angel shall go before thee, and bring thee in unto the Amorites, and the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites: and I will cut them off” (Exodus 23:23). Notice He didn’t say His angel shall bring them into the land, but that He’d bring them to the enemies: the Amorites, Hittites, Perizzites, Canaanites, Hivites, and Jebusites. He was going to cause the Israelites to collide with their enemies. Never be afraid when you have to collide with opposing forces; they’re bread for you. God always causes you to collide with them when He wants to give you what they’ve occupied so long that doesn’t belong to them. The reason is simple: you’re the seed of Abraham. The Holy Spirit came to live in us for a purpose, to make us champions, and to bring us into our inheritance. Until you know Him, you’ll not walk in your inheritance! You’d live an ordinary life. However, when you know the Holy Spirit, you become an active participant in the divine nature; you play your part in the divine experience! Nothing and no one is able to cheat you out of God’s best! You’re confident in the word! You know, and live in your divine inheritance. 1 Corinthians 2:12 says, “Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.” The Holy Ghost knows the things that are freely given to us of God. You don’t have to struggle for them. He shows you those things; He brings them to your knowledge, and your understanding, so you can speak them, because with your mouth, you bring them into the material world from the realm of the Spirit. Your affirmation of the Word makes it real in your life. PRAYER Precious Holy Spirit, I acknowledge your presence in my life. You’re the Shepherd of my soul; the One who guides me in the perfect will of God. Thank you for bringing me into my glorious inheritance in Christ Jesus. By you, I possess and enjoy my inheritance today and always, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. FURTHER STUDY: 1 Corinthians 2:12-13 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. 13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. Acts 20:32 And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.
