Chris Iyama, a 2018 FALA winner led a peaceful protest calling for an end to forceful vaccination in Edo State, Nigeria. Chris Iyama, a 2018 FALA winner and LIA influencer, led a peaceful protest with residents of Edo State, exercising their rights and calling for an end to forceful vaccination in Edo State as a result of the statement made by the Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki: "The State Government will not allow anybody who has not taken the COVID-19 vaccines to worship in Churches, or have access to banks, event centers, and other public places effective from September 2, 2021." Chris Iyama led teenagers, youth, men, and women in their hundreds in a protest around the Benin metropolis against the Edo State Government for enforcing COVID-19 Vaccines on the people. Chris Iyama and many of the protestants went to several public places in Edo State demanding a change as there cannot be an infringement of their legal rights. They have the right to say "yes" or "no" to the COVID-19 vaccine. Information about the protest went viral; it was aired and captured by a host of national TV stations in Nigeria and many national dailies. Congratulations to FALF ambassador, Chris Iyama, for successfully leading the people of Edo State, Nigeria, on a victory protest parade!
