*RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY* *_DEMONSTRATING HIS LOVE_* *Friday, July 28th* *Pastor Chris* And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment *(Philippians 1:9).* You’ll appreciate our opening verse better if we read it from the Amplified Version. It says, “And this I pray: that your love may abound yet more and more and extend to its fullest development in knowledge and all keen insight [that your love may display itself in greater depth of acquaintance and more comprehensive discernment].” Here, the Spirit’s prayer through Paul is that you demonstrate and express the love of Christ copiously, with knowledge and discernment. Christianity is walking in the love of Christ: expressing and manifesting His love in a dark and cynical world, howbeit, with the knowledge of God’s Word and discernment. Sometimes, people think that when you walk in love, you’re naive and weak, but that’s not true; love never makes you weak. Rather, it’s those who don’t walk in love, in the knowledge of God’s Word and discernment, that are naive and weak. Love makes you give of yourself to others without thinking of what you’ll get in return. It makes you think of others and accept them just as they are. Love is unselfish and breaks the barriers of race, ethnicity, and social strata. Love sees the beauty in others and appreciates who they are. Consciously appreciate those around you and express the love of Jesus to them. God wants you to act that way, more and more. He said, “...that your love may abound yet more and more and extend to its fullest development in knowledge and all keen insight...” *(Philippians 1:9 AMP)*. Take your communication for instance; the way you address others; it ought to be with loving, gracious, and edifying words. Never talk people down. Never use words that hurt and demean people. Communicate excellently with others without destroying their self-image or making them feel sorry for themselves. Talk to people in a way that they never forget the excellence of your words, the love and grace of Christ that you communicated. It’s how God wants us to live. Preaching the Gospel isn’t only when you talk to a sinner; you preach the Gospel with your life every day, no matter who you’re talking to. And the Gospel, is Christ alive in you: His love seen, heard, expressed and experienced by others through you. *PRAYER* *Dear Father, thank you for your love-nature that’s fully expressed in, and demonstrated through me. I’m loving, tender, compassionate and gracious to those in my world, displaying and spreading your righteousness and the realities of the Kingdom, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.* *FURTHER STUDY:* *Romans 5:5* And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. *James 3:6-10* And the tongue [is] a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell. *7* For every kind of beasts, and of birds, and of serpents, and of things in the sea, is tamed, and hath been tamed of mankind: *8* But the tongue can no man tame; [it is] an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. *9* Therewith bless we God, even the Father; and therewith curse we men, which are made after the similitude of God. *10* Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be. *Ephesians 4:29* Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. *DAILY SCRIPTURE READING* *1-Year Bible Reading Plan:* Romans 3:1-31, Psalms 42-44 *2-Year Bible Reading Plan:* Luke 11:37-44, Judges 2-3 *EXTRACT FROM: RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONA*

ACTIVATE YOUR SPIRIT FOR EXPANSION! ~ Pastor Chris Praying in other tongues stimulates your spirit; it activates your spirit. 1 Corinthians 14:14-15 says, “For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful. What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also …” Paul shows us which is the ‘also’ – Praying with the understanding. He didn’t say, “I will pray with the understanding and I will pray with the spirit also.” He said, “I will pray with the spirit and I will pray with the understanding also.” That means, “I’ll first pray with the spirit then I’ll also pray with the understanding.” Then he said, “If I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prays,” which means praying in tongues is the recreated human spirit’s prayer. That is where the power is. Read the next scripture in 1 Corinthians 14:2: “For one who speaks in an [unknown]tongue speaks not to men but to God,for no one understands {or} catches his meaning, because in the [Holy] Spirit he utters secret truths {and} hidden things [not obvious to the understanding” (The Amplified Version). You see, when you speak in tongues, you’re not talking to men but to God. You’re speaking mysteries – secret truths, hidden things that are not obvious to the understanding. When you speak in other tongues, secret truths and realities are being revealed. There are times when you may not know what to do. You may need an idea, a business plan, a plan for your family or a plan for your own life. You may not even know what steps to take but when you speak in other tongues, the truths will be revealed to your spirit and you would know what to do. Hallelujah. #Eavz6 #Expansion #Vision400

Rhapsody Of Realities Teevo. Friday, July 28th 2017. KOINONIA. (The Lord Seeks Your Fellowship) TO THE BIBLE: 2 Corinthians 13:14 “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen.” LET’S TALK. Is it really possible for someone to have a personal relationship with God, the Creator of heaven and earth? I mean, what would Almighty God possibly want with little me?” As Calvin pondered these thoughts, he heard deep within him a gentle calming voice say, “Son, I love you so much; I always love spending time with you.” It was the Lord speaking to him. From then on, Calvin became more conscious of the Father’s love, and enjoyed a richer fellowship whenever he studied his Bible and prayed to the Lord. The Greek word translated “communion” in 2 Corinthians 13:14 is “koinonia,” which also means fellowship, participation and partnership. God always wants to have fellowship with you. He isn’t standoffish or looking out to punish you for your sins or wrongdoings, as some religious folks try to make us believe. When you’re acquainted with the Lord, you’ll realise He loves you even in spite of your wrongs. You may be wondering to yourself “What’s so special about me that God seeks my fellowship?” It’s because you’re His very offspring; you have His life and nature (1 John 5:11-12). The reason God can fellowship with you is that you have His life (Zoë) in you. The world doesn’t speak His language, but you do, for His Holy Spirit lives in you. This is the reason He loves to hear you pray. Prayer is more than asking Him for things; it’s a fellowship. And that’s what the Lord seeks—your fellowship with Him. Go Deeper 1 Corinthians 1:9; 1 John 1:3 Pray. Dear heavenly Father, thank you for the great honour and privilege of fellowshipping with you, with Jesus and with the Holy Spirit. It’s the greatest calling there is and I ask that you teach me through the Holy Spirit to fulfill continually this call, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. Daily Bible Reading ONE YEAR Romans 3:1-31, Psalms 42-44 TWO YEAR Ephesians 4:1-10, Isaiah 48 Act Study what John said in 1 John 1:3.
