*Rhapsody Of Realities* Worship Him Every Day. Monday, September 11th Pastor Chris ```For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins. Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me (Hebrews 10:4-5).``` When you study the twenty-ninth to the thirtieth chapter of the Book of Exodus, you’d find how that the Lord gave the children of Israel certain instructions, and asked that they rendered sin offering, burnt offerings and incense. These were to be done every day. However, God wasn’t pleased with the sacrifice and offerings of these animals; He wanted the perfect sacrifice: Christ Jesus. Over in the New Testament, Jesus became our sin offering. He was offered for us as one sacrifice, forever. We never need to offer animals to God anymore. Hebrews 10:14 says, “For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.” He wasn’t just the perfect sacrifice; His sacrifice perfected us. The Psalmist, David, gives us a light into this and tells us something striking in Psalm 141:2. He said, “Let my prayer be set forth before the as intense ;and the lifting up on my hands as the evening sacrifice.” Being a prophet, he had a revelation of the future and the new dispensation that should come into effect after the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The sanctuary of the old covenant was going to be removed and replaced. What then would take the place of the incense that was offered to God regularly, and the sacrifices that He commanded the priests to offer morning and evening? It’s our prayers of worship and the lifting up of our hands! God says this should be perpetual; it should never cease. It’s the reason we worship Him always, with our hands lifted. Every time you worship the Lord, especially when you do it in the spirit, that is, in other tongues, your prayers go to Him as incense. The Bible says, “And the smoke of the incense, which came withthe prayers of the saints, ascended came with upbefore God out of the Angels hand ” (Revelation 8:4). As you lift your hands to Him, eulogizing and making confessions to His Name, it’s like the evening sacrifice, a sweet-smelling offering and sacrifice that pleases God. And we’re to do this every day. *PRAYER.* _Dear heavenly Father, I bless and extol your majesty, for you alone are God. You're worthy of all praise, glory, adoration, majesty, splendour and grace ; blessing, glory, wisdom. thanksgiving. honour power, and might ,be unto you, forever and ever. Rhapsody Of Realities TeeVo. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome PhD. Monday, 11th September 2017. FLOURISH IN ALL AREAS. (You Can Be Fruitful And Productive Every Day) TO THE BIBLE Psalm 92:12 AMPC. The [uncompromisingly] righteous shall flourish like the palm tree [be long-lived, stately, upright, useful, and fruitful]; they shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon [majestic, stable, durable, and incorruptible]. LET'S TALK. Today's financial market report doesn't look so good, Scarcity has increased in, Food prices have skyrocketed since the new President, blared the TV as Tim flipped through different news channels. Everything's gone haywire, I wonder why there's so much scarcity like this? he blurted out angrily as he switched the TV off. Hey Tim, the negative news isn't for you, his dad said. You've got a different story to tell because Jesus brought you a life that's far different from the world's a life of fruitfulness and productivity! Genesis 26 shows that there was a serious famine in the land of Gerar, and Isaac's friends and neighbours had run away to Egypt where there was plenty of corn and wine. It made sense to go there since Egypt's economy was the best in the world at the time. However, as Isaac was about to head to Egypt, God spoke out of heaven instructing him to stay where he was in Gerar, the land of famine, and sow in that same land. Isaac obeyed, and his obedience paid off as he made so much progress and flourished in every area of his life, that the world envied him! (Genesis 26:13-14 MSG). It always pays to listen to God's Spirit for direction. Isaac became very great because he followed God's instructions. It didn't matter that there was famine in the land; his results turned out differently. It doesn't matter how things may be looking around you right now; if you would let the Holy Spirit guide you in the affairs of your life, like Isaac, you'll flourish in all areas. You'll move forward and grow, until you become very great! And your life will be a story of unending progress. Go Deeper Isaiah 54:2-3; Isaiah 32:15 Pray. Dear Father, I declare by the power of the Spirit that I am making progress, flourishing like the palm tree, and moving forward in life. My success and prosperity are apparent to everyone, in Jesus Name. Amen.
