After running away from home at 16 years-of-age, Richard and his friends formed a gang and planned daily heists to make money and cause trouble. His life was all about women, drugs, alcohol and fighting. Everyday, they would plan their next gig to expand their cause. Fighting was second nature to them. Richard gives an account of a fight where his friend was stabbed in the back and another in the neck. Richard says, “It was only by the grace of God that I made it out alive. This was on New Year's Eve and most of my friends were seriously injured.” It was after this moment in time where the Holy Spirit arrested Richard in his tracks. Richard made a decision to change his life! He went to church and joined a cell group. He started preaching the Gospel and influencing youth through many outreach meetings and programs. Through the word of God and the help of the Holy Spirit, Richard is now a completely different man! Hallelujah!
