Indeed it was a great time of upgrade as Chapter Pastors and Coordinators from all around the Campus Ministry sat to listen from the wisdom of our Esteemed Director as he shared with them insightful teachings on how to take their work to the next level in this Year of Preparation. Highlighting from the book of Jeremiah 3:15, the Esteemed CMD emphasized that a pastor is a shepherd and he is responsible for feeding the flock that has been committed to him. "A pastor organizes his church to achieve the 5 core values through structure. These 5 core values are: Fellowship Growth, Partnership, Ministry Materials, New Media and Leadership Development''. 'The only way to increase capacity is through training and information' What an opportunity to increase capacity through this timely training meeting with the Esteemed Ag. CMD.
