You have the responsibility to maintain and discharge the ministry you have received in the lord.
Discharge carefully your duties and be accountable to God.(Colossians 4:16-17).
In the house of God, there is no negotiation with the flesh, therefore, if you don't discharge your duties diligently, someone could take over.
