He noted that this year’s meeting is special in many ways, first the magnitude of the fellowship with the Holy Spirit will be astounding, and the words to be received would be life and destiny changing. He pointed out that it was not a coincidence that the Holy Spirit made the IPPC to happen in the Month of Blessings, stating that it was a strategic coup de grace against the adversary and his machinations. Expounding further, he said that this gathering will usher insights into mysteries and insights into the kingdom. He expressed appreciation to the President of Loveworld Nation Reverend Chris Oyakhilome for leading the LW Nation in triumphant procession year in, year out. He wondered that what was achieved within the year in review has been quite breathtaking, the financial accomplishment of the churches, increasing global impacts, the giant strides the Ministry took, and noted that all are ever ready evidence that it could only be by the Holy Spirit. Recounting some of the awesome achievements the Ministry made within the year, Pastor Adesina noted that the year 2019 has truly and in all manifestation proved that it is undoubtedly 'The Year of Lights'. He pointed out that it is the most successful year in the life of the Ministry judging from what was accomplished even at the half of the year. “We did more and more and exceeded other years” he enthused. Don’t be Like Lot’s Wife, Pastor Warns Delegates Without total devotion and commitment to the gospel, distractions will set in, and with that comes doubt. This was the submission of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome during his teaching after the opening ceremony of the International Pastor’s and Partners Conference as he admonished delegates on the importance of focusing on Jesus. Taking the delegates through the deep secrets and insights into the word of God, Pastor noted that serving God becomes laborious without total devotion to the Lord. He reminded them that serving God has responsibilities and it is not possible to serve God without total devotion. "Let the Lord be the center of everything you do. Seek to please Him, not yourself. Make that personal decision how you want to serve God", he said. Using the story of Lot’s Wife to highlight the impediments that comes from halfhearted commitment, he warned them not to look back in their devotion to the Lord. "Don't look back on this journey. Don't compare yourself to your non-ministry friends. The ministry didn't cost you anything but it gave you everything. Don't think of the earthly things you would have acquired. Remember Lots wife. She could not be saved even when God sent angels to save them". He added, noting that to fully appreciate the God, one’s heart, time and resources must be totally devoted to him.
The Gains of Being at the IPPC Are Innumerable The Evening Session of the first day of the ongoing International Pastors and Partners Conference of Loveworld nation was glorious. Everything points to what the President of Loveworld Inc, Rev. Chris Oyakhilome (PhD) said earlier in the day that for participating in the meetings alone, one is already blessed. But beyond being blessed, delegates witnessed the healing anointing at work as Pastor Chris prepared their minds for a week of inexplicable glory. Later in the day, a Strategy Session on Compliance was anchored by the Zonal Pastor of Christ Embassy Lagos Zone 2, Pastor Emeka Eze while Pastor Kayode Akinwolemiwa, the Regional Pastor of the Middle East Region, exhorted on taking Heed to oneself and to the flock that God has made them overseers. These sessions was briskly followed up by the teaching of Reverend Tom Amenkhianan, Member, Central Executive Council of Loveworld Inc and also a Regional Pastor. He shared on Evangelism, The Supreme Task of the Church. The 2019 IPPC really teed off on a very strong note, and from all indications, delegates are well prepared to receive as much as they can. Pastor Chris Declares the Pastors Conference Open The Pastors Conference started on a special note as Pastors from over 150 countries across six continents of the world converged at the Loveworld Convocation Arena (LCA) in Lagos Nigeria to acknowledge the manifestation of the word in all aspects of their lives, while preparing for an even greater year ahead. Welcoming the Pastors, the President of Loveworld Incorporated, Rev.(Dr.)Chris Oyahkilome took them on a reminiscence of the beauty of faith in Christ. Promising the participants that the gains of attending this Conference are immeasurable he told that irrespective of whatever they left behind just to be part of these epochal meetings, that God will make it up for them. He further noted that the very fact that God did not look at our imperfection before making us the custodian of the gospel is self evident of God’s trust in our ability to be witnesses to his word, thus sending Jesus was the icing on the cake for our imperfections. Pastor drew analogy of experiences he had while growing up on how Angels of God perform great works of healing ministrations for all kinds of ailments. He announced the presence of that healing Angel notifying the congregation that the presence of the Angel always wrought great miracles which is what God told them to do. Pastor announced that many people who came into the meeting sick will be shocked that before the end of today’s meetings, they would realize that they have been made whole.
