"How come there’s apparently more unfulfilled people than fulfilled people in the world, more low achievers than high flyers....” With these thought provoking question and more, the Esteemed CMD took the leaders at the TIE Conference USA on yet another levitating session on DISCIPLINE FOR EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP. A beautiful training session it was as he taught the leaders that 1 Corinthians 9:23-27 They that strive for mastery, to be the best, to be champions & leaders in life are temperate in all things; disciplined in all things. There is a required regimen for champions! Don’t run to run! Run to win! This requires discipline. If athletes and sportsmen apply themselves to strict regimen of training for corruptible medals, how much we who are after that which is incorruptible. Proverbs 25:28 “he that hath no rule over his spirit is as a city that is broken down and without walls” meaning that without discipline you’re exposed, anything goes! DISCIPLINE- is so important for young leaders because if you can get it right at this time, you have it made. There are traits, qualities that you’ll require as you rise in Ministry and grow in life, if you imbibe the discipline now, you have it made. What is discipline? Discipline refers to training; the moulding, refining of character. 👉🏻 The training or refinement of character/behavior by practice, instruction, teaching and exercise to conform to acceptable norms/standards. 👉🏻 The subduing, control, mastery of raw or base instincts, drives, passions & desire through conscious training or practice to bring forth inner excellence. 👉🏻 Strict Adherence to set or specific regimen or routine designed to produce choice qualities, ability or character. Your greatest enemy is that man that stares you in the face when you look at the mirror. Get a hold of that man, pin him down, get a whip & break him like you break a horse. If you let your body rule you, it will ruin you. He that conquers himself will rule the world. The great boxer Muhammad Ali who is called the greatest once said about his training experiences- "I hated every day of training but I said to myself, suffer now and be a champion the rest of your life.". As a leader, You can no longer live or act just the way u want. Grace is not looseness! Its not a license to misbehave. It’s not about what goes in the American society, you’re a kingdom man! It’s not about your rights or that it’s lawful to you, it’s whether it is profitable/excellent 1 Corinthians 10:23. There are things you don’t do not because they are wrong in themselves but because of who you are as a leader; you leave the good for the more excellent. The burden of superior knowledge and higher intelligence requires that a leader stays ahead so as to remain an example. The disciplined leader is a soldier! He doesn’t engage in civilian affairs. The Ministry, the gospel, the Kingdom is our life, it’s what preoccupies us. Areas of Discipline/training: 👉🏻 The Discipline of Prayer (Luke 18:1, Mark 1:35) 👉🏻 Discipline to study (2 Tim 2:5) 👉🏻 Discipline with time Eph 5:15, Psalm 90:12 👉🏻 Discipline in conduct- language & behaviour, relationships (1 Timothy 4:12). 👉🏻 Discipline to plan (Habakkuk 2:2) "failure to plan is planning to fail". 👉🏻 Financial discipline- learn how to manage funds & grow wealth. 👉🏻 Discipline of the mind. Ur mind is a tool! Manage ur mind as a leader. You are your thoughts. Your thoughts will give birth! The Disciplined leader is focused. Doesn’t run in all directions. Focus on the vision- make it your priority. A disciplined leader works with goals and targets and runs with focus towards them. Targets are not burdens, they're opportunities for victory. They are the picture of success. The Disciplined leader is loyal. Loyalty is a virtue! 2 Chronicles 25:2 Amaziah did what was right but not with a loyal heart. As a leader, you must be loyal- o Loyal to the leadership- Our Man of God. Stay here! Pastor Chris is our Father, you don’t have another. o Loyal to the vision. Do the vision. Participate with your heart. Act like one who believes in our cause fully. Promote it. o Loyal to the ministry. Stay here, stickability. Dont eat from every pot. Don’t allow anyone or thing or supposed offense or flimsy stuff draw you away. Love the LoveWorld Nation and promote it. It’s your family! o Loyal to the message. Listen to Pastor, preach his message in your chapter. Don’t mix it with another. Stay true to it. Discipline distinguishes a leader, sets him apart and causes the inner excellence of his spirit to shine through. #TIECONUSA #FireintheUSA #FireintheUSAreloaded #BLWcampusministryrocks

and so the TIE CONFERENCE USA came to a powerful crescendo in a scintillating Sunday morning service, ending with a time of impartation and the place erupted into victory celebrations. It’s been 4 Days of Levitation! Whoooshh!! After the teaching, the Esteemed CMD gave some concluding admonitions to the leaders. 1. PURPOSE There’s a purpose to your life; you’re in this Ministry for a reason. The vision has become your purpose. Focus on it, live it out, fulfill it. Use whatever you do to advance it. Live purposefully. 2. PASSION Make the vision your passion. Be obsessed with it. Think it, eat it, let it consume you. Let it be what turns you on and gets you going. 3. PURSUIT Go after it, stay in pursuit of our objectives. Pursue your passion- our vision. Like our Man of God says “I’m set on a course that I must follow”. 4. POWER a. The Power of your Mind- knowledge. Drive yourself to improve your mind & abilities. Exercise it, it’s like a muscle. Task it, challenge it to create solutions; innovate solutions for the gospel. The lazy mind lives on No. 1 Begging Street, along Hunger avenue, Poverty City! Don’t waste your time on useless websites & junk material talking about other people. b. The Power of the Spirit! No matter the specs/functions of a device, it’s useless without sufficient charge. So stay charged! Pray in tongues often. The Holy Spirit is our advantage! He came to make our lives worth living! No one walks with Him & fails. So walk with Him. What a glorious 4 Days it has been! The Campus Pastors and Leaders in the USA have been officially TIE-d and great news are coming!!👍😀 #TIECONUSA #FireintheUSA #FireintheUSAreloaded #Blwcampusministryrocks

“If I acted crazy, I did it for God; if I acted overly serious, I did it for you. Christ's love has moved me to such extremes. His love has the first and last word in everything we do” 2 Corinthians 5:13-14 (MSG) ....And the excitement intensified & the flow moved on higher, as the Highly Esteemed CMD with this verse of scripture took another session with a stirring exhortation on "Running With the Vision". These are extreme days! We also have to go to the extreme in our prosecution of our ministry’s vision, in winning our world, in the cause of the gospel. If they think we’re fanatical or crazy, it’s all for God! He expounded on the vision of our Ministry- taking God’s divine presence to the peoples and nations of the world, elucidating further on the vehicles, means for carrying that out- the various arms of the Ministry thus opening the eyes of the delegates to why they have to be involved in these. We are provisions for the vision God gave to the man of God Pastor Chris. We are committed to the gospel. God trusts us with it. The spotlight is on our generation. In a relay race, the spot light is on the runner with the baton. It doesn’t matter what the previous runner did, what matters is what the man with the baton will do. It’s up to us whether the voice of the gospel in our day will diminish or increase. Some in the world want it to diminish BUT NOT ON OUR WATCH! And some who had yet to receive the Holy Ghost were ministered to and they were filled with the Holy Ghost and spoke in tongues! Stay tuned for more updates... #TIECONUSA #FireintheUSAreloaded #FireintheUSA

TIE CONFERENCE USA- Smoking hot! High on the Ghost! And the Highly Esteemed CMD took the leaders on yet another informative and impactful session Saturday morning on Impacting their world. Reading from Acts 13:36 NIV, he taught on purpose. David knew, understood & fulfilled God’s purpose for his generation. God has a purpose for your generation. Your life is for a purpose. Discover and fulfill it. Christ is revealed in you so you can reveal Him to your world Galatians 1:15-16. This is your purpose, your calling- revealing Christ. The Holy Spirit isn’t in you because He’s looking for an apartment but rather as a vent- to express Himself through you. 1. You were born for a reason. An answer to the cry of your generation. God knew they’ll need you today that’s why you came at this time! U are here as an answer to the cry of your generation...so, 2. Hear the cry! Exodus 3:7-10 People need me, that’s why I am where I am. I am the answer to their hearts cry. I am God’s response! Peoples conditions cry out! Can you hear the cry of their hopelessness, dejection. God placed you there so that drug addict, the suicide-bent guy, abused lady et al can come across you to change their lives!). 3. You are he whom they seek. I am he whom they seek. Acts 10:21 Did you know on your campus, you’re the one whom they seek? “I’m here to change your lives!”. They need to know there’s a prophet around 2 Kings 5:1-8. Don’t be quiet or mousy! Shake up the campus! with bold evangelical outreaches, innovative cell outreaches..no small things here! The world keeps changing but the Word is unchanging so we must use the unchanging Word with changing strategies to reach a changing world- if you’ll pray the Holy Spirit will show you what to do; innovations & visions of successful outreaches relevant to your world. John 10:10 is for us TODAY! “We came that they may have life”. Understand your role- we are life givers. 4. You’ve been sent to your world/generation. You must understand it; If you don’t reach them, no one will. Col 4:17 Archippus is no more here, but we are- “I’ve got a ministry to fulfill”. The same way Jesus was sent is the same way you’ve been sent. The ministry of reconciliation has been entrusted to everyone of us. We are God’s special agents Ephesians 1:1 (MSG). - Learn the life & art of prayer. - Talk to him. - Study the scriptures. - Show His power to your generation. - Show His love to your generation. - Show His person to your generation. - Demonstrate His Reality to your generation. He is REAL! #TIECONUSA #fireintheUSA #FireintheUSAreloaded

TIE CONFERENCE USA- going higher & higher!! And the Esteemed Regional Pastor Of CE USA Region 1- Pastor Aloy Okei was in the house to impart some spiritual knowledge to the leaders on the topic “Building Yourself for Greatness; Personal Development for young Ministers”. Physical things have their origin in n the Spiritual. Growth is the progressive increase in size either of the whole unit or part of the unit. Development is the Progressive acquisition of various skills and abilities Growth is quantitative and development is qualitative. At this stage of development one begins to think of what can I contribute to my world, to society. Man is a spirit. Your spirit must be educated. The education of your spirit will give you the advantage in life. Vital things to consider; 1. Your prayer life. When you close your eyes to pray to see better. Pray in tongues. When you’re a praying person you’re guided by the Spirit. Follow the Ministry prayer times. 2. The Word of God. You’re born of the Word so you must study it to nourish your spirit. Your spirit is sustained only by the Word. That’s why you have the Rhapsody of Realities, PCDL and other ministry materials. Make time for your spirituals. Learn to meditate on the Word. 3. Relationship/fellowship with the Holy Spirit. You’ll be amazed at how he will lead you, soon you’ll walk like Him and carry/transmit His presence. 4. Participate in your meetings on Campus. Don’t skip meetings. 5. Maintain the appropriate relationships. Relationships can drain you if you get entangled in the wrong ones. 6. Be careful what you give your eyes or ears to. What are you listening to? Can you share it with me? If you can’t, something is wrong with it. 7. Reprogram your mind with the Word. 8. Learn to win others- share your faith. Talk to someone, evangelize. When you give, you receive. Galatians 4:1-4 Don’t remain a child otherwise you cannot lay hold on the things that belong to you. #TIECONUSA #FireintheUSA #FireintheUSAreloaded #Blwcampusministryrocks
