#AFFIRMATIONTRAIN 21ST OCTOBER. I affirm that the Word of God is my light and my life. My spirit is open to receive divine counsel and instruction from the Word. I am a doer of the Word, not a hearer only; I take fast hold of instruction; my heart is attentive, and I act fast on the Word. I am guided by the Spirit of God in all things, and my heart is flooded with divine light that I may know and walk in God's perfect will always. My faith prevails today, as I put God's Word to work; His righteousness, and the forces of life within my spirit, are unleashed, and His glory is revealed in and through me. This is my set time; I've been raised in rank, in character, and in status. I am seated together with Christ in the place of authority, a place that is far removed from the operations and debilitating systems of this world. I dwell in safety because my address is Christ. All things are commanded to work together for my good. Even now, ministering spirits are unleashed to work for my advantage because I am an heir of God and a joint-heir with Christ. I am well positioned, therefore, everywhere I turn, goodness and favour are channeled on me. I have in me an inherent ability to recreate my world and make my life the epitome of God's grace. I am an extension of the Father to my world; whoever has seen me has seen the Father! I am constantly transformed from glory to glory, and my greatness is evident for all to see. Blessed be God. *RHAPSODY OF REALITIES *RIGHTEOUSNESS SPEAKS .* Thursday, December 7th . Pastor Chris _*But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:) Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.) But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach (Romans 10:6-8).*_ The phrase “the righteousness which is of faith” in the verse above is a rather interesting one. It’s rendered in the original Greek as “the ‘of faith’ righteousness,” thus, giving personality to the word, “righteousness”; and that righteousness, he says, “speaks.” “The ‘of faith’ righteousness” speaks. So, righteousness talks; it doesn’t keep quiet. Often, we say, Christianity is for talkers; we speak righteousness, just as we speak wisdom. The righteousness of God is the truth of God; it’s the reality concerning any situation. So when we affirm the Word, we’re speaking righteousness, we’re speaking God’s language of faith. Romans 10:9 tells us how the “of faith righteousness” works. It says, _*“…if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”*_ The word, “confess” is from the Greek “homologeo,” which means to speak the same thing in agreement. It means affirming the Word of God in agreement with God; not merely repeating it exactly in the same words, but making your own affirmations in agreement with His Word. If you’d confess or affirm the same things that God has said about you in His Word, they’d become real in your life. For example, 2 Corinthians 3:5 says, _*“Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God.”*_ You ought to, on the basis of what God has said, declare, “I’m sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency; I’m up to any task. I produce excellence and works of righteousness, because Christ is my ability and sufficiency.” That’s speaking the righteousness of God, the rightness of God about who you are, and what you can do in Christ. *PRAYER* *Dear Father, I thank you for the privilege to affirm your Word concerning my life. I declare that I’m more than a conqueror, and can do all things through Christ who strengthens me! Your wisdom guides me today, and I’m led of the Spirit to produce excellence and works of righteousness, in Jesus’ Name. Amen..* *FURTHER STUDY:* *||* *Hebrews 13:5-6* [Let your] conversation [be] without covetousness; [and be] content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. 6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord [is] my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. *||* *||* *1 Corinthians 2:12-13* Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. 13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. *||* *DAILY SCRIPTURE READING* *1-Year Bible Reading Plan:* Jude, Daniel 9-10 *2-Year Bible Reading Plan:* John 18:19-27, 2 Chronicles 15-16 #dec7 #blwdayofservice #ceumuahia #sevz2

The Lord said to Simon Peter in Luke 22: 31-32, "...Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat: But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not..." For 15min at 12noon and 10pm (Local/GMT), we'll pray fervently in the spirit, and also intercede for fellow Christians whom Satan is stirring off the course of their calling in Christ through various temptations and trials. Pray that their faith fail not, the eyes of their understanding being enlightened, that they may hold fast to their calling, living in and by the Word, irrespective of circumstances, that they may finish their course with joy, bringing glory to the Father in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen. Remember to attend the midweek service today in church, onsite or online. God bless you. #offer7 #blwinternationaldayofservice #ceumuahia #sevz2
Righteousness Consciousness God made Jesus to be sin, not a mere “sin offering” or “sin sacrifice,” but sin itself, so that we might become, not just righteous, but the righteousness of God—the very essence or representation of divine righteousness. What a blessed reality! Now, when we read that God made Jesus who knew no sin, to be sin for us, the expression, “Who knew no sin” in the original Greek rendering is a very powerful, though complex construction. It’s actually talking about Jesus being conscious of a “no sin”; that’s one of the best ways to express it in English, howbeit that would be an incomprehensible expression. The best way to communicate what the Scripture says here is that Jesus was “sinlessness-conscious.” Which means, it wasn’t just about God declaring Him to be sinless, but that Jesus, of Himself, had a consciousness of sinlessness; He was conscious of His own sinlessness. So, when we talk about righteousness consciousness, we’re speaking in real spiritual language. The One who knew no sin; who had a consciousness of His own sinlessness, was made sin, that we might be made God’s righteousness. What a Gospel! Jesus came to make you a bona fide, legal and vital child of God. He came to make you the righteousness of God in human flesh. Become conscious of your righteousness in Him, just as He was conscious of His sinlessness. Your righteousness is perfect righteousness, being the righteousness of Jesus Christ, given to you as a gift, following the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on your behalf. Colossians 1:22 tells us the result of His vicarious death: it was to present you guiltless, holy, unblameable and unreproveable in the sight of God. This is who you are today: holy, justified, glorified, and acceptable before God. Maintain this consciousness.
The Reality Of Salvation Our opening verse lets us know how salvation is made real in our lives; it’s by declaring the lordship of Jesus over your life. Someone can “believe” that Jesus is the Son of God, and still go to hell. To believe is not enough. The Bible says even the devils also believe; they believe so much that they tremble, but that doesn’t mean they are, or can be, saved: “Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble” (James 2:19). If you believe that Jesus is the Son of God, and that He died for you, and that God raised Him from the dead, you must also confess His lordship over your life; otherwise, you’re not saved. A man’s good works won’t save him either. I know it’s Christmas time where many, including non-Christians, express goodwill and are generally kind to others. Nevertheless, salvation from God isn’t as a result of your good works; it’s by the grace of Jesus Christ: ... Receiving salvation is the greatest miracle of all. Once you believe in Jesus and confess that He’s Lord of your life, you receive the life and nature of God. In that split second, you’re awakened to the fatherhood of God; you become a legal and vital child of God; an associate of the God-kind, superior to Satan. Learn more from today's Rhapsody.
