#AFFIRMATION TRAIN 29TH DECEMBER. I affirm that the anointing of God's Spirit is at work in me in an increasing measure. This is my year of flourishing; I am mightily blessed of the Lord on every side. God has granted me the speed of the Spirit and I experience luxuriant growth and persistent productivity in every area of my life. I have entered into the rest of the Lord, and I have ceased from all struggles; for it is not by might, nor by power, but by the Spirit of the Lord. The anointing of the Holy Ghost has made the wilderness a fruitful ground. The dry land a river flowing ground. There's a spring of water flowing on every thirsty soul in my world and in the regions beyond. God has called and ordained me for something big and my world is in for a big surprise! Hallelujah! I am established in God's righteousness, planted in the house of the Lord; therefore, I flourish like the palm tree, with grace and glory! I bring forth fruit in season, and out of season because I am like a tree planted by the waters, ever in blossom. Glory to God! #MonthOfBenediction #FollowPastorChris #PDNTP

FASTING — THE REAL ESSENCE - PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly (Joel 2:15). People fast for different reasons. Some fast because they want to get an answer from God, thinking their fasting would compel Him to answer them. They see fasting as a means of getting God to do something He ordinarily wouldn’t have done, had they not fasted. That’s the wrong idea about fasting. I do fast, but I don’t fast to get God to do something for me. If you’re fasting so that God will do something for you, then you’re doing it for the wrong reason, because He’s done everything for you already. He already said, “All things are yours” (1 Corinthians 3:21); so what then is the purpose of fasting? You should fast, primarily, because its good spiritual exercise designed to bring the flesh under subjection of the spirit. Fasting gets you attuned to the Spirit to hear what God is saying, and be guided to do His will and follow His purpose for your life. Fasting helps you to align with God’s will and purpose, and positions you rightly for God’s Word to come to you. God may have been speaking to you and you may have not been picking His signals. However, through fasting you become sensitive and ready to receive the guidance and direction He’s giving you. Secondly, and very importantly, you should fast as an act of worship to the Lord. You can decide you just want to give the Lord a lot of attention, to love and cherish Him for some number of days or over a period. At such times you stay away from everything else, especially food, and just focus on Him, fellowshiping with Him. As you prepare for the coming year, take time to fast and pray; but let it be an opportunity to love and appreciate the Lord. Let it be a time to celebrate the Word and make your faith effectual by acknowledging the good things the Lord has done in you, and for you, in Christ Jesus. Hallelujah! #tlb #nssvzone1

The Church Should Be Pulled Out Of The Old Testament Mentality – Pastor Chris It was a beautiful sight to behold when the President of Believers Loveworld, our beloved Man of God, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome met with the Pastors and Ministers for the first time during IPPC 2017. Shouts of joy thundered across the entire auditorium as he took time to teach another phenomenal message from the scriptures. He informed the delegates that we are heirs of the Father and therefore should not be praying that the Lord will touch us as this is the Old Testament mentality since the Ministers in the Old Testament experienced the anointing once in a while and intermittently. They were not filled with the spirit like the new creation in Christ. Delving further into the message, the Man of God reminded the esteemed delegates that Jesus Himself said that you will see the heavens open and angels ascending and descending and he juxtaposed that with the experience Jacob had regarding the ladder in the old testament. Drawing from Ephesians 2:18, Pastor declared that through Him, Jesus, we have access, like a passcode for access of a privileged members of a group or organization. The hall erupted once again when he proclaimed that the Holy Spirit is our access and that we have access to the father’s presence. We are fellow citizens. We’re not strangers and foreigners. Looking intently at the Ministers with his eyes full of love and the power of God permeating the whole arena, Pastor Chris told them more. “How I wish to God that we will take more seriously what we have in Christ…. they know not, neither do they understand, they walk on in darkness. I refuse to be ignorant. I want to walk in the wisdom of God. I’m resolved to. I made up my mind a long time ago. I’m an heir of God”. Glory to God!
