An Entirely New Life The term “born again” isn’t a religious cliché, which connotes turning over a new leaf. When you ask some Christians how they know they’re born again, some would reply, “I know I’m born again, because the bad things I used to do, I do them no more. I’ve changed my ways, and now, I behave differently.” Being born again is much more than that. What you receive when you’re born again is an entirely new life. There’s no such thing as “The bad things I used to do, I do them no more,” because the person who did those things is dead. He doesn’t exist anymore. When you received Christ into your life, something actually happened: your spirit was recreated. You were born of the Word of God and of the Spirit of God. You now have the life, nature and character of God. And when a man has the life, nature and character of God, he can only live like God. So, being born again is actually receiving the God-nature; becoming an associate of the God-kind. Your old life or nature isn’t suspended; it’s dead; you’ve come up a new man; a new species of being; one that never existed before; one without a past. In the presence of God, everything you were before you were born again, and everything you did before you were born again has no record. This isn’t a promise. This is a statement of fact in the Word. PRAYER I live above the economy and economics of this world. I’m immune to the hardships, corruption and decadence that ravage the lives of men. I live in the Word, and therefore, in victory and triumph always, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
Ordained To Be Productive Jesus brought us into a life of power, fruitfulness, and productivity. This truth is expressed in John 15:16 where He said, “Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.” He lets you know that you’ve been chosen, ordained, commissioned and appointed to bring forth lasting results. This means He has made you efficient and effective: ... This is the mind-set with which you must approach every assignment this year. There’s increased grace for you. The Lord is at work in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure (Philippians 2:13). Read again the Psalmist’s beautiful description of this extraordinary life of productivity and excellence that God has brought you into: “And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper” (Psalm 1:3). Make this your daily contemplation and confession. Declare every so often, “I’m like a tree planted by the rivers of water, and I produce excellent results. I’m fruitful and productive!” Learn more in today's Rhapsody. www.rhapsodyofrealities.org

Soul Winning: Our Conscious Lifestyle In Luke 19:10, Jesus said, “For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost” ; this is the summary of His mission on earth. Shortly before He ascended, He commissioned the Church to preach the Gospel to all men that they might receive eternal life. This is the ministry of reconciliation, which has been committed to our trust. Every Christian has a ministry to fulfil in soul winning; it’s our conscious lifestyle. We’re called to turn men to righteousness; to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God. We’re in the last days, and the Lord is doing a quick work; He’s working with and through His Church to make His righteousness known, and establish His Kingdom in the earth and in the hearts of men. We’re His partners in soul winning and world evangelism. Don’t be complacent or wary about soul winning and evangelism. Help someone receive salvation this Christmas season, as that’s the most precious gift you could give to anyone who’s not yet born again. Help those around you learn the Word; show them the path of life! Teach them how to live. Learn more from today's Rhapsody. www.rhapsodyofrealities.org

I live for you alone, and I glorify you, for you’re God, and your greatness is unfathomable. I rejoice that I belong to you, to fulfil all the good pleasure of your goodness, and produce works of righteousness, to your glory, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
CONFESSION Thank you precious Father, for blessing me in all things, and making me a blessing to my world. I declare that I’m mightily blessed today as I give, for you’ve said in your Word, it’s more blessed to give, than to receive. Hallelujah!
CONFESSION My life is one of ever-increasing glory, as I fulfil the ministry of reconciliation, bearing and dispensing the divine realities of the Gospel to my world. My words are anointed of the Spirit to bring salvation to the unsaved and impart to them the blessings of the Gospel, turning them from darkness to light, and bringing them into the glorious liberty of the sons of God, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
Righteousness Speaks The phrase “the righteousness which is of faith” in the verse above is a rather interesting one. It’s rendered in the original Greek as “the ‘of faith’ righteousness,” thus, giving personality to the word, “righteousness”; and that righteousness, he says, “speaks.” “The ‘of faith’ righteousness” speaks. So, righteousness talks; it doesn’t keep quiet. Often, we say, Christianity is for talkers; we speak righteousness, just as we speak wisdom. The righteousness of God is the truth of God; it’s the reality concerning any situation. So when we affirm the Word, we’re speaking righteousness, we’re speaking God’s language of faith. ... If you’d confess or affirm the same things that God has said about you in His Word, they’d become real in your life. You ought to, on the basis of what God has said, declare, “I’m sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency; I’m up to any task. I produce excellence and works of righteousness, because Christ is my ability and sufficiency.” That’s speaking the righteousness of God, the rightness of God about who you are, and what you can do in Christ.
The Reality Of Salvation Our opening verse lets us know how salvation is made real in our lives; it’s by declaring the lordship of Jesus over your life. Someone can “believe” that Jesus is the Son of God, and still go to hell. To believe is not enough. The Bible says even the devils also believe; they believe so much that they tremble, but that doesn’t mean they are, or can be, saved: “Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble” (James 2:19). If you believe that Jesus is the Son of God, and that He died for you, and that God raised Him from the dead, you must also confess His lordship over your life; otherwise, you’re not saved. A man’s good works won’t save him either. I know it’s Christmas time where many, including non-Christians, express goodwill and are generally kind to others. Nevertheless, salvation from God isn’t as a result of your good works; it’s by the grace of Jesus Christ: ... Receiving salvation is the greatest miracle of all. Once you believe in Jesus and confess that He’s Lord of your life, you receive the life and nature of God. In that split second, you’re awakened to the fatherhood of God; you become a legal and vital child of God; an associate of the God-kind, superior to Satan. Learn more from today's Rhapsody. Spiritual Instructions Oftentimes, the Word of God comes to us as spiritual instructions. Proverbs 4:13 says, “Take fast hold of instruction; let her not go: keep her; for she is thy life.” When an instruction of the Spirit is given, not only is it important that those instructions be understood, they must also be acted upon. Any form of resistance or disobedience is what God refers to as “witchcraft.” The Bible says, “For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry…” (1 Samuel 15:23). An example is King Saul. God instructed Saul to destroy the Amalekites and everything they had, including their animals, but he ignored the instruction. ... Be wise. Even when God’s instructions are contrary to your human reasoning, be like Peter: act on them. When the Lord Jesus asked Peter to cast his net into the sea after a fruitless fishing expedition (Luke 5), even though the instruction was contrary to Peter’s reasoning, he obeyed and got a miracle for it. God’s instructions may come to you in the most unexpected way, follow them, because therein lies your promotion. Learn more from today's Rhapsody.
PRAYER Dear Father, thank you for the counsel I receive from your Word, and the divine instruction that comes to me daily by your Spirit. I’m a doer of your Word, not a hearer only; I take fast hold of instruction; my heart is attentive, and I act fast on your Word. Promotions, advancements, significant attainments are evident in my life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
