PERFECTED IN RIGHTEOUSNESS BY PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME. And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry… (Ephesians 4:11-12). Our righteousness is of God, therefore it’s perfect. We didn’t have to qualify by ourselves; Jesus Christ qualified us before the Father to become partakers of the divine nature; to become partakers of His righteousness. 2 Corinthians 5:21 says, “For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” How inspiring this is! Some Christians haven’t understood this; so, they see themselves as unrighteous and imperfect. But if you’re born again, you’re a saint, and that’s your nature because the One who gave birth to you is perfect. Hebrews 10:14 says, “For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.” Colossians 2:10 says, “And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power.” The word “complete” means perfected; you’re perfected in Him; Christ is your perfection. You might want to ask, “Doesn’t our opening scripture suggest that the saints are not perfect, because it talks about “the perfecting of the saints?” No, that verse doesn’t mean making the saints better and more perfect; it’s translated from the Greek word ‘katartismos’ which means equipping or training the saints for the work of the ministry. Think about this: When a child is born, that child is born as perfectly human as the parents are. The child then starts growing by feeding on the right nourishment. The child needs to be trained and equipped with knowledge and the right information, to eventually function as adult humans do. That’s what Apostle Paul meant by “perfecting of the saints.” As you receive the Word of God into your spirit, you’re being equipped to function and carry out the work of the ministry; you’re being trained in the life of righteousness. The righteousness of God is in your spirit, but through the Word, you become more skilled in the doctrine, understanding, and application of your righteousness in Christ. #walkinginthelight #seasons #songs #vision #monthofsongs #leadership #empowerment #gospel #illumination #victory #greatness #talkingsession #righteousness #affirmationtrain

THE POWER OF PRAISE AND WORSHIP ~ PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME. And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed (Acts 16:25-26). Acts 16 chronicles how songs of praise from Paul and Silas resulted in a divinely orchestrated earthquake that saw to their release from an obnoxious incarceration. When you praise the Lord from your heart in the beauty of holiness, the result is a divine explosion of glory. Praise and worship the Lord in the face of daunting challenges, and His glory will be manifested in your behalf. If you desire a miracle today, whether it’s in your job or finances or even trouble at work; or perhaps it has to do with your health or that of a loved one; whatever it is, as an act of faith, set this matter before you, and begin to sing songs of praise in the spirit and also in your understanding again and again, as the spirit gives you utterance. By this act of faith, you’re invoking the power of the mighty God—the most High God—over the matter before you. You don’t have to say much. Don’t talk about the thing that’s been bothering you; keep your focus on the Lord, as you sing and dance to the Lord, chanting verses of praise to extol His majesty, the power of God will surge through your being. Don’t stop at this time; as the inspiration increases, speak in tongues again and again, until you have a note of victory. No matter what the case is, such worship will be followed by the miraculous. Rather than feel downcast, helpless or overwhelmed when you face challenges, employ the worship and praise strategy; the power of God’s Spirit will be stirred, and you’ll have a testimony. #songs #reflection #alignment #reign #excellence #greatness #perfection #instruction #autoedification #influence #discipline #prayathon2020 #worship #consciousness #thankyoupastorchris #affirmationtrain #talkingsession

#AFFIRMATIONTRAIN 11TH FEBRUARY. I affirm that I am a king and a priest unto God. I've been washed, sanctified, and justified in the Name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of God. As a king, my words are filled with divine energy and as I affirm the Word by faith, they are established unto me. Glory to God in the highest! I do not walk in the dark, I know God's thoughts towards me; they're thoughts of peace, success, prosperity and a triumphant life! I am founded upon the rock; thus, when the rain of life descends, and the floods come with the billowing winds, I remain strong and unmovable! All things are possible unto me because my faith in the Word is effective. I am triumphant today and always! I am a thousand times ahead; I can never be disadvantaged because my words are powerful enough to put me over the elements of this world. My words are sharper than any two-edged sword. Hallelujah! I am rightly positioned today, in God’s place of opportunity for me. Wisdom guides me and moves me from within to take the right steps that are consistent with God’s purpose and calling for my life. I will never lose my way! I am set on the path of success, glory, victory and divine destiny! I am walking in preordained pathways, for predestination is at work in me! The course of events in my life has been structured by God to bring Him glory, having established me to fulfil my destiny of Him! Glory to God. Hallelujah! CONSTANTLY AFFIRM HIS WORD ~ PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME. This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men (Titus 3:8 ). The Christian walk is that of continual affirmation of the Word. Jesus said, "For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak" (John 12:49). Thus, what you re-echo must be the Father's words. The Father's words are words of the Kingdom; words of life. When we say we have the God-life in us, or talk about being born again, or the new creation life, these aren't religious clichés derived from philosophy. These are expressions of the Word. In Christianity, we affirm the Word; we confess the Word. Whatever we say or speak should, and must always, be in conformity with the Word of God. Constantly affirm that you're a new creation in Christ Jesus, infused with the life of God, not vulnerable to the crippling influences of this world! Affirm that the life of God is at work in your spirit, soul, and body. Affirm that the same Spirit that raised up Jesus from the dead vitalizes your body and invigorates you through and through, always! Never say, "I'm sick," or "I have a headache," because sickness doesn't belong in the Kingdom of God; it never comes from the Father. So, don't affirm it. Don't affirm poverty, weakness, lack, or fear. Declare that you're bold, strong, and courageous.  2 Timothy 1:7 says, "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." This is what you affirm. Make bold confessions that you've been imbued with divine life and ability in Christ. Hebrews 10:23 says, "Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised)." Hold fast your confession of divine health, prosperity, progress, and victories. Keep saying it; don't stop talking it. Affirm what Christ has done for you, made you, and declared about you! #perfection #alignment #excellence #greatness #autoedification #kingdom #completeness #thankyoupastorchris #benefits prayathon2020 #prayingnow

SEE THE RIGHT PICTURE – PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME. While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal (2 Corinthians 4:18). As a Christian, you have the ability to see the unseen, and declare the end of any matter from the beginning, just like your Heavenly Father. The Bible says God quickens the dead, and calls things that be not as though they were (Romans 4:17). He framed the worlds by His Word so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear (Hebrews 11:3). You’ve been called to live the faith-life; the Bible says, “For we walk by faith, not by sight” (2 Corinthians 5:7). Now, faith means you see the end result of an issue from where you are, and then you speak it into existence. In other words, you picture the future according to the Word of God, proclaim it into being through your spirit. Refuse to acknowledge the negative picture the devil may present to you; focus on what God says about you in His Word and picture yourself that way. If for example you’ve been suffering with an ailment, don’t look at the symptoms; contemplate your healing; see yourself healed. If you were weak in any area of your life, don’t keep thinking and talking weakness or limitations; see and declare your strength! Affirm that nothing shall be impossible unto you, for that’s the truth revealed in God’s Word about you. Satan may sometimes show up and attempt to question your faith, asking, “Hey, are you sure those words you heard were real?” Refuse to be moved, for he’s a liar and the father of lies. He knows God’s Word about you is true otherwise he wouldn’t question it. Never find yourself struggling with your faith and doubting if what God says about you is true. God is not a man that He should lie (Numbers 23:19). His Word is absolute reality; therefore hold on to that picture of you that you see in His Word. #perfection #alignment #excellence #greatness #autoedification #kingdom #completeness #thankyoupastorchris #benefits prayathon2020 #prayingnow

WORSHIP THE LORD WITH SONGS🎶🎺🎶🎼🎤 The Bible declares in Psalm 68:3-4 “But let the righteous be glad; let them rejoice before God: yea, let them exceedingly rejoice. Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name JAH, and rejoice before him”. If you desire a miracle in any situation this month, then you have to take your attention away from any challenge you’re facing and worship the Lord with your songs and prayers. The Bible says Jonah prayed to the Lord out of the fish’s belly (Jonah 2:1). Right in the midst of trouble Jonah still prayed unto the Lord. He forgot about his situation and prayed. When you study the content of His prayer, you’ll discover it was all of worship and thanksgiving (Jonah 2:9). As he worshipped and thanked the Lord from the fish’s belly “The Lord spake unto the fish, and it vomited out Jonah upon the dry land” (Jonah 2:10). What a mighty deliverance! What of Paul and Silas? The Bible says that “And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake…and immediately all the doors were opened and every one’s bands were loosed” (Acts 16:25-26). I see sudden miracles and earth-shaking testimonies happening in your life this month as you worship the Lord with your songs! Solutions come when you worship the Lord in the midst of your trouble. The Lord Jesus didn’t respond to the woman whose daughter was vexed with an evil spirit until she worshipped Him (Matthew 15:22-28). Someone has rightly said, “Those who look at the sun don’t see the shadows.” How true! So learn to subdue your pains, disease or financial condition and worship the Lord instead. Love Him with all your heart for He’s good and real; more real than whatever situation you’re going through. Finally, when you sing this month, do it with revelation. When you worship the God who raises the dead for instance, every situation that looked dead suddenly is vitalized with divine energy! Glory to God! (Culled from www.christembassy.org) #CEAMC

THE RIGHT SONGS IN WORSHIP – PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME But now bring me a minstrel. And it came to pass, when the minstrel played, that the hand of the LORD came upon him (2 Kings 3:15). It’s so important to worship the Lord. Through worship, you set up an atmosphere for miracles in and around you, and create the right environment for the Spirit of God to operate. It may be with a song or a scripture; as you sing or declare it in worship, the presence of God can literally overwhelm your situation, resulting in a miracle. It’s one of the several reasons we make music unto the Lord. The right spiritual song of worship can position you to hear from God. Once, Elisha was with three kings who came to him for counsel. But because he was offended at one of them, the king of Israel, and had responded to the king in anger, he couldn’t minister under the anointing (2 Kings 3:13-14). The kings wanted to receive the Word of God from him, but he couldn’t readily prophesy. So, what did he do? He said, “Bring me a musician.” The Bible says when the minstrel—the musician—played, the Spirit of the Lord came on Elisha, and he began to prophesy (2 Kings 3:15). If you’ve been a Christian for so long, and you’ve never heard the Lord talk to you, this might be the missing link. You have a role to play. You need to position yourself to hear Him. You need to be free in His presence, not rigid, languid, dull or uninspiring; worship Him from your spirit, with the right songs, and before long, your spirit will make that divine contact with Him, and you can hear as He ministers to you. He’s a master communicator; He ministers to you even as you’re ministering to Him. It’s not about singing “your best” song; it’s about singing the “right songs” for the move of the Spirit. There’s a time for your best song or your own song, but there’s also a time for the right song. So, in worshipping Him, you have to sing the right songs; songs that are inspired by the Word, not just any song. It’ll tune your spirit correctly and you’ll hear the voice of the Lord. #perfecting #wehavemoved #blessings #talkingsession #affirmationtrain #gospel #fruitful #thankyoupastorchris #loveworld #heavenly #alignment #completeness #perfection

WISDOM AND SPIRITUAL UNDERSTANDING ~ PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME. For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding (Colossians 1:9). Imagine walking in fulfilment of this prayer! Your life will be an endless manifestation of the excellence of the Spirit. When you have wisdom and spiritual understanding, beyond knowing the whys and wherefores of anything, you know the power behind it. Every time, in every place, and in every situation, you know exactly what to do. The Prophet Elisha manifested this kind of supernatural understanding and wisdom. Once, he and some other prophets were at Jordan, and one of them, while hewing down a tree, his axe-head pulled off and sank in the river. It was a borrowed axe, so he cried out to Elisha for help (2 Kings 6:5). Elisha cut off a tree branch and tossed it at the spot where the axe-head fell, and instantly, the axe-head floated up. How did Elisha know what to do to bring the axe-head from under the water to the surface? He was filled with the knowledge of God’s will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding. The wisdom of God showed him what to do. Something similar happened with Isaac. There was famine in Canaan and he was about to leave for another city when God instructed him to remain in Canaan. The Bible records that in spite of the drought, Isaac dug wells and found water. Meanwhile, everyone else in Canaan dug wells and found no water. In that same year, the Bible says that Isaac "…waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great: For he had possession of flocks, and possession of herds, and great store of servants: and the Philistines envied him" (Genesis 26:12-14). How did Isaac know where to dig to find water? Why did he prosper exceedingly in a land where everyone else experienced severe hunger, poverty, and deprivation? It was because God gave him insight as to what to do. If you study about him in the scriptures, you’ll discover he’s one of those in the Old Testament who, we’re told, often took time to meditate: "And Isaac went out to meditate in the field at the eventide …" (Genesis 24:63). Meditating on God’s Word causes you to be filled with the knowledge of God’s will, in all wisdom and spiritual understanding. #perfection #wehavemoved #prayer #talkingsession #affirmationtrain #loveworld #alignment #excellence #communionservice #completeness #thankyoupastorchris #ministry

LUKE 13:6-9 WHO'S DRESSING YOU? "He spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none. Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground? And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it: And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down". 1. Know, my dear brethren, the believer in Christ Jesus is the fig tree. 2. The Father is the certain man who has planted the fig tree. 3. The dresser is my Pastor who will "dig" and "dung" me with the Word and the "Spirit". 4. After 3 years, where's my perfection ie the results (fruits) of the Father's purpose for planting me? 5. A TREE NEVER EATS IT'S OWN FRUITS ie my productivity is not for myself. I am the beneficent fruit producer. Within 3 years, I am to be (for the Lord) a tree that produces fruit that benefits the Lord (more of this in a later post). 6. The intercession of my dresser is very important. As he digs and dungs me (cell leadership, partnership, Soulwinning), it is very important to me that I respond well to him. #myperfectlife #yearofperfection #abkmc

EXCELLENCE REFERS TO THE QUALITY OF YOUR PERSONALITY. ~ PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME. “Don’t hide your light! Let it shine for all; let your good deeds glow for all to see, so that they will praise your heavenly Father.” (Matthew 5:15-16 TLB) Excellence isn’t just about being very good at something; it’s much more than that. Excellence refers to the quality of your personality; it’s something that comes from your spirit and reflects in everything you do. As a child of God, you’ve got the Holy Spirit, who is the Spirit of excellence, living in you. He brings excellence into your life, which means you can manifest this excellence to your world. God is eager to show His excellence through you, in your school work, relationships, behaviour, communication, and in everything else. As a student, He wants you to function with an excellent spirit and display His perfection in your academics. Through His excellence working in you, He wants to manifest His glory to the world. So let Him do so; don’t hide your excellence. Be the best in all that you do. Refuse to accept half measures or put up with mediocrity; pay attention to details in everything you do, even if you don’t feel like it. Add value to yourself and to anything you’re involved in. And just like Daniel, as you manifest this excellence in every area of your life, you’ll stand out from the crowd (Daniel 6:3)! #perfection #excellence #alignment #happynewyear #thankyoupastorchris #affirmationtrain #talkingsession

YOUR MOUTH IS A WEAPON ~ PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME. Behold, I will make thee a new sharp threshing instrument having teeth: thou shalt thresh the mountains, and beat them small, and shalt make the hills as chaff (Isaiah 41:15) In Joshua 1:2-3, The LORD said to Joshua: “….now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel. Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you.” Thus, by this instruction the children of Israel knew that all they had to do to take possession of the land God gave to them was to step on it. Once they stepped on it, it became theirs. But in the New Testament, there’s a difference. The power isn’t in your feet, but in your mouth. Many Christians haven’t understood this truth, so they walk in ignorance. When trying to acquire something, like a piece of property for example, you’ll find them marching around it because the LORD said, “Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you.” Oh, that they would realize that the victory is now in their mouth! Today, it’s no longer “Where the soles of your feet shall tread upon” rather, it’s “you shall have what you say!” Possession is with your mouth. The Old Testament folks were taught to battle that way because they functioned in the sense (physical) realm. But now in the New Testament, we battle differently, from the realm of The Spirit. In that realm, there’s no recognition of distance; you don’t need to march around a building to get it. All you need do is use your mouth, for it has been given to you to chart your course and to do battle which is your fight of faith. How important the mouth is! Every time you release words with your mouth, you’re wielding a dangerous weapon. The Greek word for mouth is “stoma”, which means “the front or edge of a weapon.” With this weapon, you can cut down such enemies as poverty, failure, cancer, diabetes, HIV and so on. When you declare: “This growth will not stay in my body,” you’re cutting it down with your weapon. No wonder the Bible says, “For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds” (2 Corinthians 10:4) #perfection #wehavemoved #Truth #talkingsession #affirmationtrain #loveworld #alignment #excellence #communionservice #completeness #thankyoupastorchris #ministry

EXCELLENCE REQUIRES DISCIPLINE BY PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME. Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men (Proverbs 22:29). When it comes to the quality of your work, it’s either what you do is excellent or it’s lackluster. As a child of God, whatever you do, wherever you work, make up your mind to be excellent, because you’re of an excellent spirit. Tell yourself, “If it’s not excellent, I’m not done.” Everything you do and are involved with must be the best, because you’re a child of the best. Don’t settle for average. To be excellent, you’ve got to practise it. If you’re a structural engineer, for example, don’t construct mediocre structures; structures that can’t, and wouldn’t stand the test. Go all out to apply the right engineering principles and technology to build quality design and construction. Refuse to cut corners; use only the best materials. “I’m only a janitor!” someone might say, but it makes no difference. Be excellent. Discipline yourself well enough to carry out your responsibilities with due diligence. Follow the standard operating procedures and use your checklists. Carry out detailed research on your work, on the right tools and materials you need to make you the best and the preferred amongst many other great options. Distinguish yourself as someone with an excellent spirit. The Bible says concerning Daniel, “…an excellent spirit was in him; and the king thought to set him over the whole realm” (Daniel 6:3). Yes. Excellence makes you a leader, but it requires discipline. The Bible says, “And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things…” (1 Corinthians 9:25). The word, “temperate” means discipline, to have self-control. 1 Corinthians 9:27, “But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection….” Again, this refers to discipline; subjecting yourself to the right and necessary trainings, and sometimes rigours, in order to be the best at what you do. There’s excellence in your spirit, and it’ll manifest in all you do as you carry out your assignments with a lot more diligence. #perfection #wehavemoved #Truth #talkingsession #affirmationtrain #loveworld #alignment #excellence #communionservice #completeness #thankyoupastorchris #ministry
