MEMOIRS OF OUR 20TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY IN THE MONTH OF INTERCESSION IN THE YEAR OF SPREADING 4: PRACTICAL LESSONS: 1- Silence isn't just golden it's an answer. (By this I don't mean silent treatment or malice). Try it! So powerful....Speaking takes courage. Listening takes more. If you want to be heard listen more.....Always set your expectations on the Lord saves you from worry and agitation. 2- Observe for later private action, discussion or consultation....Don't spread anger or transfer aggression. Break the cycle of anger with patience, forgiveness and love... 3- Apply delayed reaction to things around you.....it should eventually inspire the right response from you......things aren't always what they seem especially because of your proximity or when they are right before our eyes....learn to W.A.I.T!! 4- Practise looking beyond.....beyond the present circumstance or situation to the bigger picture using your imaginative power of vision this you get through prayer on your knees.... 5- Practise being present and quiet..... (In quietness and confidence shall be your strength) in a very busy world where everyone seems to be talking all the time...... through withdrawing from the crowd into His presence. Be a student / protégé of the Word and Fellowship with the Holy Spirit in Prayer....you see better, you're pruned, pliable and you evolve... 6- Structure your home....Show (teach them the why, how and what?) your kids from childhood that there is time for everything and they must stick to scheduled times and activities. Designate times for everything for your growing kids. Structure at home trains your kids to recognise, respect and regard authorities, structures, rules and regulations outside the home. They should be raised to understand that these are there for their protection and not a hindrance. 7- Teach your kids to care, render service to, for and respect their elders, seniors, contemporaries and juniors. Everyone deserves respect and our children must learn to gift theirs out regardless.....Don't over-indulge, over-compensate your children.....Don't overlook or pretend you didn't notice your son or daughter's insolence, rudeness or insubordination without rebuking or punishing them for a bad attitude or wrong doing. Punishment and the rod are very good for the soul they produce the peaceable fruit of righteousness in your child. After that explain to your child the why and the what of his and your actions; teach him or her quick repentance and you recover your child by praying for him or her right there and leading him or her to make some Word confessions. Instruct him to go apologise for his bad behavior and commit to being a better person with the right attitude. Never discipline your child in anger or wrath.....you're communicating that your child is in charge and has the power to push your buttons.....there are Kid-Ceos i assure you! Just find out if yours is one...How? When every little tantrum he or she throws you are running all over the place trying to please this child to no avail until he or she has their own way........Don't say "he /she's just a child!". Most kids know what their doing...i kid you not (no pun intended here). I have seen 2, 3, 4 year old Kid-Ceos giving their parents the run around while they are oblivious that the kid is actually in charge and not them!! Reserve discipline till when you are less emotional and calm. 8- Be pro-active! Plan ahead; Be a step ahead of time. God will lead and guide you but you must be attentive. 9- Avoid the Sanballats and Tobiahs of marriage. They always pretend to mean well but their motives and intentions are not for the greater good. These seek to sabotage your home to their own personal gain. From these turn away. Once you recognise them pray for them and deal wisely through the Spirit. 10- Grow up! There's nothing you cannot put up with when you're constantly filled with the Holy Spirit. Try love, temperance, patience, long suffering.... then start all over again!! Stop confiding in men about your spouse! Confide in the Lord! Confiding in one, you have confided in all! I wish y'all well! Happy 20th Year Anniversary to US! I love you dearly! Speak Soon!🌍😆☕🕐

HEALTH TIPS: MAINTAINING A HEALTHY BLOOD PRESSURE Blood pressure is the force of the blood pushing against the wall of the arteries .It is recorded as two numbers, for example, 120/80. The first number (the systolic blood pressure) indicates the pressure in the arteries as the heart squeezes out blood during each beat. The second number (the diastolic blood pressure) indicates the pressure as the heart relaxes before the next beat. Blood doesn’t circulate in an even stream around the body; rather, it travels in a constant series of spurts. Therefore, the pressure peaks in the blood vessels just after a heart beat and ebbs until the next one. A normal blood pressure range is assumed to be somewhere between 110/70 and 125/80 for a grown person, though someone with a naturally low pressure may be closer to a range of 100/60. A blood pressure of 140/90 is considered to be high, but usually, as a person gets older, that becomes the regular range. However, a blood pressure higher than 130/110 is considered dangerous. A healthy lifestyle is important to help prevent high blood pressure and its associated risks. Here are some tips: 1. Maintain a healthy weight: Being overweight and obese increases the risk of developing high blood pressure. In fact, blood pressure rises as your body weight increases. You can maintain healthy fat and cholesterol levels by eating healthy and exercising. 2. Use salt Moderately: High salt content attracts water from around your body cells into your blood to dilute it. To reduce salt intake, eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables: choose low salt bread and cereals: avoid too much seasoning, processed foods, and fast foods, which are high in salt. 3. Eat a wide variety of healthy foods: Too much calories and fatty foods put extra strain on the heart. Healthy eating is about choosing mainly plant-based foods such as vegetables, fruits, and legumes (dried peas, dried beans): grain-based foods such as bread, cereals, pasta, noodles, and rice: moderate amounts of lean meats, poultry, fish, and reduced dairy products. 4. Be active every day: Regular exercise improves heart function and lowers blood pressure and blood cholesterol. At least fifteen minutes of exercise a day is recommended. 5. Avoid alcohol consumption: Alcohol places a strain on the liver and reduces the ability to detoxify blood, thus causing more oxidizing and damaging substances to remain in circulation where they can harm the blood vessels. For a normal blood pressure, alcohol should be avoided. Stay Healthy! Source: Healing School Magazine #cewarrizone

HAPPENING NOW! 'Child Safety Awareness Campaign' in CE Church 6 When a child is unwell, due to injury from falls, stooling or breathing difficulty, an important thing to do is the full body massage. How should this be done? •Do this after the child has had some warm water or milk • Work with medium hand pressure and Vaseline, from the spine towards the head. • Do this slowly and deliberately • Work on the chest and abdomen, stretch out the limbs. This therapy works wonders and is sure to rejuvenate the body cells of the young child. You can do it as often as 3 times a week . Stay with us for more health updates from the ongoing Health For All program with Trauma Care Intl. Foundation. #CEWARRIZONE

@PastorChrisLive Prayer at 12noon and 10pm (Local/GMT) - Fri Aug 12 Isaiah 45:2-3 is for you today: Thus says the Lord "I will go before you, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron: 3 And I will give you the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that I, the Lord, who call you by your name, Am the God of Israel". At 12noon and 10pm (Local/GMT), we'll pray fervently in tongues for all 15min. 1 Corinthians 14:4 states: He who speaks in an [unknown] tongue edifies and improves himself...". RHEMA FOR LIFE FRIDAY And there was one Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Aser: she was of a great age, and had lived with an husband seven years from her virginity; And she was a widow of about fourscore and four years, which departed not from the temple, but served God with fastings and prayers night and day. Intercession is services to God. It is a labour of love. It is the priestly ministry of the believer. Make sure that you are in church today for service. Corporate prayer is awesome in power. Remind and invite. Bring people to church. God bless you.
