Tuesday - June 11 PRAY AGAINST WICKEDNESS TERRORISM VIOLENCE AND INJUSTICE Today, and tomorrow, we'll continue to pray about the same issues as we did yesterday. Remember, the Word tells us in Ephesians 6:12 "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places"; Therefore, we must exercise our authority in the name of Jesus, over these forces of darkness and evil. Moreover, in 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 "(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ". Hallelujah! Pray fervidly in the spirit. God bless you.
Phi 4:6 — Phi 4:7 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Since we have prayed, we should not be anxious about what we are told. We should be unmoved, have no care, have no anxiety. You've come to a place of rest. You have an attitude, trust and confidence when you pray. That's why you have to be careful what information you feed your spirit. Focus your attention on God's eternal Word and refuse to be moved. Then fear cannot take a hold of your heart because you've given your attention to God's Word. You live by the pictures given to you by God's Word. God's Word gives you images of His Divine will and Divine plan. Are you going to live on the foundation created by the world or the foundation given to you by God? Prayer is partnership with God, it's executing His will on earth. WE HAVE MOVED! OUR ADDRESS HAS CHANGED, WE HAVE MOVED! #PRAYINGNOW #PRAYINGWITHPASTORCHRIS #CANADA
Friday, June 28 PRAY FOR CHRISTIANS IN PRISON Hebrews 13:3 says, "Remember those who are in prison, as though in prison with them, and those who are mistreated, since you also are in the body". 1 Corinthians 12:26 says "whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it". In today's sessions (12noon and 10pm Local; your group's scheduled prayer time; and an extra 15min if your group is not scheduled for prayer), we'll pray mostly in tongues of the Spirit, interceding in prayer for Christians in prisons, the world over, and others incarcerated for offences they never committed. Pray for their deliverance and quick release; that God's grace and mercy be directed toward them, and they be filled with courage, hope, and strength. Pray fervidly in the Spirit. God bless you.
Our intercessory prayer for the work of Churches and ministries around the world continues today, at all our scheduled prayer times. You can read the details on yesterday's post. Remember to join at least, one additional prayer session among the many holding today. God bless you.
Monday - June 10 PRAY AGAINST WICKEDNESS TERRORISM VIOLENCE AND INJUSTICE It’s been a glorious one week on the PastorChrisLive Pray-A-Thon, and the glory is increasing as we continue in prayer. Do remember the structure for this program as follows: 1. We all pray daily, for 15min at 12noon and 10pm (Local). 2. You pray along with your church/group/zone at the time already allotted. Contact your church/group for details. 3. You take out an extra 15min daily, in addition to the above mentioned sessions, to join any of the 24hr live streaming prayer sessions on the PastorChrisLive platform on your Kingschat Timeline, or https://pastorchrislive.org About today's prayer- Psalm 7:9 says, “Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just: for the righteous God trieth the hearts and reins’. Isaiah 9:7 says, “Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even forever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this”. We’ll pray fervidly in tongues of the Spirit; and in accordance with the above verses of Scripture, we’ll pray against all forms of wickedness, violence, terrorism and injustice against the churches of Christ. Pray that God's people will remain bold and fearless in spite of the threats. Pray also for those recently bereaved or displaced as a result of these evils; that the Lord will grant them strength and comfort at this time. Amen. God bless you.
