The Quality of Our Work Must Last for Eternity - Pastor Lanre Alabi At the ongoing ICLC 2019 where delegates are being pumped with the word for greater exploits, esteemed Pastor Lanre Alabi, the Director of Church Growth International brought every leader's attention to an important and vital aspect of the work in his message titled 'Building for Eternity.'  Pastor Lanre showed from scriptures that all we do for the Lord will be tested by fire, and as such, our work must last. The quality of our work must last for eternity. Citing 1 Corinthians 3:6‭-‬15 (KJV), the Director of Church Growth International shared on the importance of making lasting impact from the verses below. I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.  Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour.  For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building.  According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.  For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.  Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble;  Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is.  If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.  If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. Will your work survive? Teaching further, Pastor Lanre shared on 5 things to consider in building a lasting work for the kingdom. 1) Build with the Word. Luke 6:47. Let the foundation be upon the rock. Nothing builds like the word. You can't build on philosophy or ideas.  Acts 20:32. Truth is consistent. 2) Build with love for Jesus. It purifies your motives. The effort you're putting in must be based on the love for the Master.  2 Corinthians 5:14-16. Spread the agenda of the Master. You're not motivated by vain glory. What's your motive? Let the motivation not be offensive to God. Hebrews 6:10. God doesn't forget your labour of love. 3) Build with the Spirit. John 6:23. You can't offer spiritual things to God without it. 4) Build with the consciousness of value. We're talking about lives that you're building. How much can you sacrifice to build them? Have and express good value for those God has trusted you with. Nothing will be too much. Revelation 1:5. Acts 20:28. You're an overseer of those purchased with the blood of Jesus Christ. People matter to Jesus. The ministry is about people. Will the time people spend with you add to their eternity? Don't let it be counted as a loss. What becomes of those that encounter you? Add value and have value for them. 5) Build them to be Soul Winners.  Daniel 12:3. Guarantee their eternity this way. 6) Build with our materials, structure and followership. This will produce results that last. Do everything decently and in order. Raise them to be like our man of God. He ended his message with comforting scriptures letting the leaders know that the Lord is with us all the way. He has started this good work in us and will perfect it, and He is able to keep us from falling. Glory to God! We're Finishing Strong - Reverend Tom Amenkhienan Delegates at the ongoing International Cell Leaders Conference (ICLC) were treated to a very insightful teaching Thursday night by Rev Tom Amenkhienan who shared a message titled “The Terminal Generation”. Rev. Tom warned on the importance of knowing where we are in God’s calendar. He said that it started with the prophets and now we are the ones on the scene. It has been from the Acts of the Apostles to the Acts of the Saints, he said. According to him, we now live in a day where so much is expected of us, warning that the rapture is getting closer. Referencing the book of Hebrews 11:39-40.”, and these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise: God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect”. Referring to the title of his message, Rev. Tom noted with great certitude that “We’re taking the race to the finish line. It’s our time. Paul took the ministry to the next level. We’ve got the opportunity and enablement and the burden to do much more “.To buttress that fact, he made further reference to the book of Revelation 22:10 and 1 Corinthians 7:29 before reading – 1 Corinthians 7:29-32 from the Amplified Bible: “The appointed time has been winding down and it has grown very short. “From now on, let even those who have wives be as if they had none, And those who weep and mourn as though they were not weeping and mourning, and those who rejoice as though they were not rejoicing, and those who buy as though they did not possess anything, And those who deal with this world [overusing the enjoyments of this life] as though they were not absorbed by it and as if they had no dealings with it. For the outward form of this world (the present world order) is passing away. My desire is to have you free from all anxiety and distressing care. The unmarried man is anxious about the things of the Lord –how he may please the Lord”. Rev. Tom reminded the Delegates that our remaining time is short and that we should make good use of our opportunities and be free from worry. “Go and win souls in any and every situation. Go and win souls. David said Send us around the world with the message/news of your saving power and we’re the answer to that prayer” he admonished. SUNDAY SERVICE HIGHLIGHTS WITH REV. TOM -25TH FEBRUARY Sunday 25th February was a glorious encounter with the Word. The transcendent worship session led by our highly esteemed Regional Pastor, the Most Reverend himself, had the congregation soaked in the glory of God's presence. Exhorting the brethren from Exodus 14:31-15:16, our highly esteemed Regional Pastor taught as follows: Exodus 14:31-15: 16 God told Moses to move the people forward... How? To where? The Red Sea was right ahead of them, but God told him to divide the sea. God had determined Israel's deliverance. Nothing could stop it; not even the sea. God is at work. He brings deliverance. All things are working together for your good because you are the one in whom He has put His name, His life and His Spirit. The church is the dominating force and nothing can stop it. Our lives just started on a new level after the prayer and fasting. The Spirit of God has trained us and shown us how to live our lives, maintain the victory and change hopeless situations. We will pray and serve God like never before. Adjustments have taken place in our destiny, jobs, finances, families and we will see it. Remember that Pastor taught us that the temple and the tabernacle in Israel were not designed for large gatherings, but they were places of sacrifice. Jesus' body was the temple, and we too have become the temple of God. Church is a place of sacrifices. Our sacrifices today are worship, praise, prayers and offerings. We don't sacrifice animals today. We render our worship. No wonder David by revelation said "Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; And the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice." Worship time is not a waiting period in the service; it's so so important that you relate with worship rightly. Our prayers go up to God as incense. You are the temple of God; make your temple a place of incense, of sacrifices of worship, praise and prayer. MARK 11:24 Whatever things you desire at the time when you're praying, believe that you have received the things you desire and you SHALL have them. He didn't say pray that you might receive them, He was teaching that your attitude towards those things that come into your mind while you're in that place of prayer should be that because they came up at that moment, they're done already! Believe that you receive them, not ask for them! Truly, the most potent prayers that usher us into the place we should be, and cause us to walk in untold blessings are the prayers of praise and worship. A worshipper doesn't have time to pray for personal things. He knows that God has supplied all his needs. When it's time for worship, do it with all your heart. When it's time to praise God, do it with all your heart. Let praise ascend into the presence of God from this temple that you are. When we pray according to His will, He hears us. Glory!! #ceabujazone #MonthofChange

SINGLES’ SPECIAL PART 2 The second session of the Singles’ Special with our highly esteemed Regional Pastor, the Most Rev. Tom Amenkhienan which held on Sunday 18th February was a time of upgrade and insight. The auditorium was filled to capacity as singles from across the Zone came ready to receive the Word and instructions for life. Get inspired by the instructive thoughts captured in the Nuggets below: “God has done His part by bringing you His Word. What you do with the Word is your responsibility. To whom much is given, much is required. In choosing a life partner, there are many things involved; the foundation was laid during our last meeting. As you relate with people, you are influenced; maybe introduced to read books on marriage that aren’t written by Christians or based on ideas that are not in line with the Word. If there’s any book written on marriage, no matter who the author is; it’s got to be based on God’s Word, His principles. If it’s not, cast that book aside. To navigate through life and know where you’re going and what you’re about, you need to know yourself. You know yourself by looking into the mirror, the Word of God. 2CORINTHIANS 3:18: But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. The Holy Spirit knows more about relationships and marriage than anyone else. He knows that brother or sister more than anyone else. You can only truly know people by revelation. How will you know yourself and others? You only know people through the Word. The entrance of the Word gives light. You get understanding through the Word of God. You can’t afford to set aside the Word of God in your life; if you do, you will regret it." #ceabujazone #singlesspecialwithRevTom #singleandproductive #singleandimpactful #Singleandsupernatural #Singleandpurposedriven
